The club’s core discipline
More than a sport, judo is a real educational method that develops respect, self-control and mutual help.
At Judo Aïkido Mazamet, judo is taught both as a martial art and as a way to grow as a person. Through falls, throws and groundwork, judoka learn how to control their energy, respect their partners and progress together.
Judo is accessible from a young age and suitable for everyone: children, teenagers, adults, recreational practitioners or competitors. Each person can find their own path on the tatami.
